The Apartment

The apartment is a 2 bed/ 2 bath ground floor, south facing corner plot. 

The Garden & Terrace Area:  There is a tiled area at the front and side of the apartment, with steps leading up to the terrace.  The terrace has a glass table and four chairs.

There are four sun beds for use in the Garden, two of which fold up and can be taken to the beach or pool area. 

There is a shower unit , stored off the kitchen area, which can be hooked up to the tap in the garden.  Perfect when you are sunbathing in the garden and just need to cool off.  There is also a Parasol.

The living area has a bed settee, dining table and TV for use with DVD’s.  There are a selection of films and books in the apartment,  but the “Lucky Lucky” and “Asda Price” men normally do the rounds of the commercial centre should you want up to date ones!

There is a speaker unit for connection to an IPOD and a CD Player, so no need to take these with you.

The Kitchen has everything you need for your stay in the apartment, including toastie maker, microwave, toaster and Electric Juicer.

Laundry facilities are available with washing machine, ironing board and iron.

The kitchen leads to an outside utility area, where clothes can be dried etc.

There are two bedrooms, 1 double and 1 with 2 single beds.  Both have wardrobes and drawer units for storage.  The twin room also has a TV / DVD.

The main bathroom has a bath & shower, the second has a shower cubicle.
